Information use

We collect contact, case-category, state, requested-funding-range, attorney-status and law-firm details if represented to review and respond to an inquiry. An inquiry record is stored in the Evercase project database before a plain-text email notification is sent to underwriting@evercasecapital.com through an email-delivery provider. Do not submit sensitive documents in the initial form.
